Dr. Mark Biebel, F.A.C.F.A.S.
Dr. Mark A. Biebel, Surgeon podiatrist, is a graduate
of Monmouth University, West Long Branch, New
Jersey, where he received a Bachelor of Science
Degree. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine,
New York City, and completed his surgical residency
at Lutheran Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. During
his residency, he also studied at the Joslin Diabetic
Clinic, Boston, Massachusetts and Johns Hopkins
Hospital.
Dr. Biebel is a Diplomate of the American Board
of Podiatric Surgery; he is Board certified in
Foot surgery. In addition, he is a Fellow of the
American College of Foot Surgeons. He holds medical
and surgical privileges at Riverview Medical Center,
Red Bank; Shrewsbury Surgery Center, Shrewsbury
and is Chief of the Department of Podiatric Surgery,
Bayshore Community Hospital. Dr. Biebel is dedicated
to providing well-informed, thorough care to all
his patients in the most expedient and efficient
manner possible. According to Dr. Biebel, "A

health."
Dr. Mark DeCotiis, F.A.C.F.A.S.
Dr. Mark A DeCotiis received his Bachelors degree
from the University of Delaware. He then attended
the Temple University School of Podiatric medicine
where he was a member of the Pi Delta National
Podiatric Honor Society and was nominated for
Who's Who in Colleges and Universities for his
academic achievement . Dr. DeCotiis did his surgical
residency at UMDNJ/ University Hospital in Newark
NJ where he specialized in reconstructive surgery
of the foot and ankle and served as chief resident
in his final year. Dr. DeCotiis is a diplomat
of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and
is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot
and Ankle Surgeons. He is currently a clinical
instructor at UMDNJ, Newark, where he is dedicated
to the training of podiatric surgical residents.
He holds surgical privileges at Bayshore Community
Hospital, Riverview Medical Center, and the Shrewsbury
Surgical Center. Dr DeCotiis is part of The Wound
Care Center at Bayshore Hospital where he treats
chronic ulcerations of the lower extremity. Dr.
Mark Decotiis specializes in all aspects of foot
and ankle pathology, including diabetic foot care
and limb salvage as well as pediatric care.
Dr. Gina Lagnese, D.P.M.
Dr. Gina M. Lagnese, F.A.C.F.A.S.
Dr. Lagnese is a graduate of Rowan University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. She then received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. She did a two year foot and ankle surgical residency at Franciscan Health System/St. Mary Hospital in Hoboken and is certified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Lagnese is affiliated with Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel, NJ where she has both medical and surgical privileges. She also has surgical privileges at Shrewsbury Surgical Center, Shrewsbury, NJ and Metropolitan Surgical Institute, South Amboy, NJ. Dr. Lagnese is the staff Podiatrist at Bayshore Healthcare Center, Holmdel, NJ. She is on the medical advisory board at Meridian Health and Wellness Center where she offers a series of lectures on Footcare. Services provided by Dr. Gina, as her patients call her, include wound care, diabetic foot care, surgical corrections and thorough treatment for all types of foot and ankle conditions. She treats patients of all ages. After being treated by Dr. Gina, you will feel like part of the family.
